Group Training: “IRON SHARPENS IRON”
Train with other players in a small group of 3-10 players maximum. Small group sessions are designed to enhance skill and encourage players to push each other through competitive drills. Players are grouped by skill and natural ability to ensure a great learning experience for all.
Team Training: “BUILD TOGETHER, PLAY TOGETHER, WIN TOGETHER”
Train with your teammates (Club or School 4th-12th grade). Team training sessions are designed to re-enforce team cohesiveness, build chemistry and re-inforce team basketball philosophy’s. Building good habits through fundamental team drills and game situations. Teams that “Train” together are also teams that “Win” together!
